Welcome at Kunindi Foundation.

Kunindi works on education routes for ambitious young people in Gambia, who have little possibilities to develop themselves. Gambia is a populous country in West Africa, where poverty is enormous. Economically it is one of the weakest countries in the world. To make sure that youth can join high school as well as vocational training they need money. Money for education is for people in Gambia difficult to earn. Gambia has a lot of young people who are very motivated for education. Kunindi attracts supporters in The Netherlands to pay for their education. To make sure that the young people we sponsor make good choices in life on behalf of their studies and future, they need accompaniment. Kunindi offers this by having conversations with them and their families.

Kunindi helps…..with concrete and structural help. We work together with a lot of other people and foundations to prove the millennium goals to become reality.

If you want more information about our goals, projects, board or the way you can support us, try our menu on the left side of this website.

Current information you find at "news".

You can support our foundation in different ways. You can easy donate every month, half year or year by filling in the donation form on this website. From €5 a month you can sent an adolescent to high school. To support vocational training is possible from € 20 a month. We rather get structural donations so that we can guarantee continuity for our students. Other ways to donate are mentioned at our donate page.

Youth sponsored by Kunindi gathered together in Kunindi Association. Together with students from Europe they developed sensitisations on HIV/aids, malaria and female gender mutilation. The sensitisations are done upcountry in Gambia. Goal is to create conscience and assign knowledge so that Gambia itself can develop more and more……
